Welcome To Your Springfield Lakes Neighborhood Website!

There was a recent article in the Arizona Republic that said the City of Chandler had bought 4 houses in Solera and Springfield Lakes, to be leased to seniors at a reduced rent.

I checked with the city of Chandler (and as I suspected), 2 of the houses were purchased in Solera and 2 of the houses were purchased in Springfield, off of Riggs Rd & McQueen Rd (not our Springfield Lakes).

Believe it, or not! Today’s real estate market may be an opportunity for you, if you’re . . .

Thinking of selling or listing your house for rent, depending on when you bought your property, you may have a good amount of equity. And if you can’t afford to sell your property, you may want to consider leasing it.

Thinking of buying a primary home or investment property, house prices and interest rates are low, sellers are willing to accept less than asking price and offer to pay buyer closing costs. There are also buying opportunities of short sale, foreclosure and REO (bank owned properties).

Thinking of buying new construction, builders are still offering great deals on new construction and spec homes. Builder inventories are coming down, so the incentives aren’t as great as before, but prices are still attractively low.

Having trouble paying your mortgage, if you’re at risk of losing your house, there are options.

Please keep me in mind if you’re thinking of “any of the above”. I have over 15 years of real estate experience. You will find me to be honest, reliable, easy to work with and do not pressure anyone to buy or sell. I educate buyers and sellers so they can make wise and informed decisions.

And just so you know, by the laws of real estate agency, when you are buying a house, it is my job to represent your best interests to get you the lowest price and best terms, and when you are selling a house, it is my job to represent your best interests to get you the highest price and best terms.

And if you’re interested in our neighborhoods real estate activity (homes for sale and sold), click on the link “Springfield Lakes Real Estate”.

Compliments of your Neighborhood Realtor,
Rick Rhoden
